WHAT DO WE NEED HELP WITH?

1. Creating a planning task force to meet regularly up to project implementation
2. Organizing and implementing monthly Public Relations materials about the project Identifying crew chief volunteers for the planting weekend
3. Recruitment of volunteers to unload the plants on Friday and Saturday Morning
4. Recruitment of volunteers from local organizations to plant the plants
5. Recruitment of individuals to plant the plants 
6. Identifying resources for needed tools and planting augers for the planting weekend
7. Organizing donors or groups who wish to sell or provide food and drink to workers at each stage of the project
8. Organizing security for the plants overnight at the park on Friday and Saturday nights during the planting weekend
